The first guide of the year for us is Terred’Olio 2017!

Terred’Olio 2017, a territorial culture book that celebrates Extra Virgin Olive Oil and exalts the most fascinating places in our beautiful country.

Also this year we are in the lead of Fausto Borella, Terred’Olio 2017.

Our Casino Mezzanola has been so reviewed:

It is presented with a beautiful golden color with slight green reflections. The nose empties perfumes of artichoke and cut grass, with a fruity finish of Golden apple. At the tasting we immediately notice a pleasant bitterness, where smells of bitter almond, citrus and eggplant precede its characteristic spiciness. Combined with a plate of orecchiette with  turnips and bread crumb tops or on a wonderful fish soup.

The volume wants to be a guide for fans who want to find the freshly crushed oil and a handbook from which to extract the secrets and benefits of extra-virgin, thus becoming a real book to be consulted.
