    Our jams and marmalades are the result of a careful selection of our products from our territory, processed within 24 hours to keep intact all the flavors and scents of freshly harvested fruit.

  • Olives

    We only choose the olives of the pruned trees, so that we have the bigger and more beautiful ones. We work according to the recipes of our tradition, with simple ingredients, so that nutritional principles remain intact.

    Olives can be defined as an “old” snack. Very good in every variant: cooked, raw in brine, with chili, garlic and fennel seed. We present two specialties of our land: Peranzana olives and Bella Cerignola.
